my father is an egyptia/american moslem citizen. I am his daughter(moslem egyptian) from a first marriage and not american. When he died his second wife (egyptian/american citizen) hid all information to prevent me and my brother from inheriting. how could I find out if there is anything for us and if there is any illegal actions that was taken from her part?

You need to contact the probate court in the state and county where your father was living at the time of his passing. Any time someone dies in the States, they have an estate which must be submitted to the court and approved. Therefore, the probate court should be able to tell you if and when his estate was submitted and who to contact.
