Good afternoon,

I'm sorry to hear of your fiancee's dilemma.

The problem is that simply doing the DNA test, without anything more, does not nullify the effectiveness of a court order of support.

Your fiancee needed to, and still needs to, petition the court to modify or eliminate the support order based on the DNA evidence of non-paternity.

He needs an attorney to assist him in having the support order lifted.

I wish you well.

Thank you very much for having allowed me to assist you. It would be greatly appreciated if you would click the green Accept icon so that I can receive credit for having assisted you.

Best regards,

Doug
