Answer

Hi!

I will be glad to help you change the wireless channel your your Linksys Router.

First please log into your routers web interface. You will see a tab called "Wireless". Click on that. From there you will see an option called Wireless channel. The default on most Linksys routers is Channel 6 (2.437Ghz) You can change this, then click "Apply settings" and your channel will be changed.

Let me know if you need any help with this!

How do I go to this link, and not lose your help?

Posted by Karl 17 days and 11 hours ago.

Answer

You can open a new web browser and work from there.

The default IP for Linksys routers is:

http://192.168.1.1

Click on that, enter your username/password for the router. If you did not create a username or passowrd, the default on most linksys routers is "admin" without the quotes for both username and password.

I will be here if you need any help!

No, no. You do not want to change that!

Do you see where it says "Wireless" at the top? You will need to click on that.

Then change wireless channel.. Please look at this screen shot as an example:
