download, update, and run this program. Just use the free version

Go to www.malwarebytes.org

Click the Blue button on the left to download malwarebytes software and save or run the program.

Say OK to any warnings about downloading.

Install the program using the default settings (choose defaults, or for exact instructions, see the how-to video using the link below for exact instructions)

Run a quick scan first, Click Show Results, and delete all that it finds, reboot.

Likely that program will find "malware" which is spyware....

It will solve 95% of the problems. If it still persists I will recommend additional steps based on the symptoms.

but this is what you definitely need to do to start out. EVEN if you already have an antispyware and/or antivirus program currently. This program catches things that other programs miss.
