It cannot. Once it has a judgment it can subpoena people who may have information on collection/assets, but otherwise it cannot.

well they are harrassing my renter and theatening to come out and change the locks on my doors. yes I am late with 2 payts and have had the acct 13 yrs with this co.The co. is telling my renter i am 4 payts behind that is not true/ Also they have told people i owe

back taxes ..What is my option.

You can have a lawyer letter sent to them warning them against such further harassment and disclosure and threatening suit.
