I was involved in a accident on tuesday November,4,2009. I was in the parking lot of walmart that I work in. My boss was still pressuring me to clock in that day because she didnt have coverage. I'm have a back and shoulder injury and my company sent me to a not so great doctor and im still in a great deal of pain. How can I take further actions?

I was turning into the parking lot and another driver made a wide turn without paying attention and I surved to prevent collision and ended up jumping the curb. The other driver pulled off

You need to file a workers compensation claim. Ask your employer for the forms and they must provide it to you. You also have the right to see your own doctor for treatment. In addition, if the police were called to the scene of the accident, you may be able to sue the other driver.
