Info Request

Hi there,

Can you open up Internet explorer and open your hotmail, then replicate the same actions and let me know if it is very slow with hotmail.

Thanks,
Ryan

It seems faster at the moment although I need more time to test. It's usually if I write a reply and then send it that I have the problem.

Answer

Run it in Internet Explorer to test for a while, if the problem doesn't exist with IE, then we need to reset Firefox back to default, as something might be conflicting with it.

Let me know, thanks!

Ok,

Lets do this first,

Go to your Control Panel, Then Add/Remove Software and Uninstall Firefox. Then use Internet Explorer to go to firefox.com and download the latest version. Then install it. Open up Firefox and select "Clear Recent History"

Then restart the computer and test again. Thanks and let me know.
