I can't open my outlook express - get message saying MSOE.DLL could not be initialized - may not be installed properly. No problems before today

HI,

Since the problem started today, a simple systore may solve the issue. for doing the system restore


Goto Start->Run

Type msconfig and click OK. Now in the general TAB, click on the "Launch system restore " button. Now select a previous date and restore to that date.

After this restart your system
