There is no state or federal law permitting you to cancel a contract after you've signed it. You can only cancel the contract if the salesman came to your house and you signed the contract there, or if there is a provision in the contract itself which gives a proscribed period to cancel.
THe used motorcycle that was traded in has 2 people on it in wicth both do not agree to release it from title or regestation this used motorccycle was part of the trade in but no money has been exchanged like in the agreement the dealership was going to give a check for half of the book value but that person was not present at the time of transaction or signing of any docoments

I still have the used bike never turned it in they want me to sign one of the checks so they could void it and they called it buying back the old bike and paying for the sales tax myself this is changing the status of the contract the contract was written with the trade in there i did not sign anything
If they sue you for breach of contract, they can recover the difference between what they sold the new bike for and the price that you originally agreed to pay, as well as interest (for example if they sell the bike in 6 months, that means that theycould have had the money from you in their bank collecting interest for 6 months) and any other out of pocket expenses incurred as a result of your breach (for example, placing new advertisements to sell the bike again).
