Hello!
Thank you for your question regarding the GoToMyPc.com service.
You will be able to run the software from your netbook PC.
The GoToMyPC service is compatible with the following operating systems:
Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows CE, Macintosh, Linux, Unix or Solaris
As long as the netbook is running one of these operating systems, you will have no problems using the service.

A few more things.
Can I hookup external keyboard and mouse to net book?
Can net book take a USB port extender?
Right now looking at a HP dv6-1350us and HP 6240F combo. The only thing keeping me from getting the dv6 is no docking station that I would like. Looking for one that I can just slide the notebook in and out without having to unplug most of everything.
Any suggestions?
You will be able to use an external keyboard and mouse with this netbook as long as they are USB.
This netbook has 4 USB ports on it, and will accomodate using a USB hub to add additional ports if needed.
If the laptop does not have a docking station available, you may want to use a USB base docking station.
They are universal and will fit any laptop. Targus has one available, and it connects to a single USB port. This would allow you to "dock" your netbook by only using one USB port.
The Targus model is available here:

This type of docking station can be used when the laptop is closed as well.
