HI-Ryan-H, Trying to install a new: 'Roxio-easy DVD-COPY & CONVERT 4' software disk on to my brand new: H-P HDX 18 notebook pc, 'WIZARD' wants a 4-box serial number inserted into the 'Info' box ?, 'H-P' s/n:cnf9022V22 will not work!, so i can't get past this !?. They want: 'User Name: ........ ...............:Organisation:........ ...Serial #......... Do you know what exactly they want! can you please help me ? Ryan, Thank you!....yellowsky45. ( Pat Carroll).

Thanks for your question. Let me see if I understand ok?

You are trying to use the newly installed Roxio software - and it is asking you for a serial number?

If that is the case - you should look IN the roxio package, or on or about the manual, back of the box, etc for a sticker or bar code that is your Roxio serial number. This number prevents piracy and will allow you to register your product.
