A times there can be a delay of an hour or more in between my answers because I may be helping other customers or taking a break. Yes ; Mr. Ray was retained and did win the case in Weld County Court (#09m1798), but is telling me that that, even though the case is dismissed, that does not affect my license revocation with the DMV.
I just want a second opinion to see if that is in fact true and there is nothing that can be done to have this false charge erased from my record and driving record, so I can get my license back. I know Mr. Ray is very busy and did a great job, but the DMV taking a license when the case is dismissed seems impossible.
Hi, sorry to ask another question, but what does your driver's abstract say as to why your license is suspended? There are such things as an administrative suspension, which is actually what you may have suffered, which is normal in some instances, upon arrest alone. However, I agree that it would appear that is should be reinstated. What happened when you made the appointment with DMV to get it reinstated?
