Info Request

Hello!

I have received your question regarding your CD-Rom drive problem.

Since you see the yellow yield sign, this indicates a problem with the hardware.

Please right-click on the device and select Properties.

In the box called "Device Status" there will be additional information. Please update this case with that information so I can better assist you.

Thank you!

Its Saying Device Cannot Be Succesfully Installed

Accepted Answer

Thank you.

The problem should be easily corrected by making some changes to the Windows registry.

To perform these changes, please go to the following website:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;314060

Please click on the box called "Fix It", and then press the Run Now button.

This will be the easiest approach, as the utility will make all the changes necessary automatically.

After this is completed, please reboot and check for the CD-ROM device again.

Thanks.
