Is Wat It Is Describing To Me
Thank you.
Please right-click on the device and select "Uninstall"
Then right-click on the name of your computer, and select "Scan For Hardware Changes"
I have attached a screenshot for reference.
The problem should be easily corrected by making some changes to the Windows registry.
To perform these changes, please go to the following website:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;314060
Please click on the box called "Fix It", and then press the Run Now button.
This will be the easiest approach, as the utility will make all the changes necessary automatically.
After this is completed, please reboot and check for the CD-ROM device again.
Thanks.
