Question

I have downloaded Thunderbird but it has not appeared on my desktop nor in my list of programmes. Where will I find it? It was an automatic download from the Thunderbird web page. I did not see the setup wizard.

Hi,

I would like to assist you regarding this issue.

Downloading the file only saves the file on the computer.

To make the program usable you need to install the setup file.

You might have not installed it. That is why it is not being showed up in start menu
& at other locations.

If you have downloaded the setup file using firefox, press Ctrl + J to open downloads window.

right click on the thuderbird setup file & click open to start installation process.

If you are not able to find the downloaded setup file, just download it again using the following link
