In my opinion head ache in your case may be due to alcohol related hangover or due to low blood sugar. Alcohol can cause hypoglycemia shortly after drinking and for 8-12 hours after drinking

HIV
begin about two to four weeks
after exposure.
ALso routine blood test for HIV is done after 3 months of exposure and is called as window period .Testing early can cause false result .
