If he's in the US, suing him in Saudi Arabia probably wouldn't do any good unless he has assets in Saudi Arabia, as a Saudi Arabian court probably couldn't exercise jurisdiction over him and, even if it can, it has no control over his assets. In other words, even if you obtain a judgment against him, the foreign court can't make him pay. If he's in the US and the problem took place in the US, you're probably going to want to sue in the US.The good news is that you can file suit against the doctor and you may be able to recover a substantial sum. Possible recover could also include lost wages (which may be quite substantial). As far as your main concern, your license, there's no way to force the agencies to return your license to you. Rather, you will need to make a good case to the agency that your license never should have been suspended in the first place and that the doctor was incompetent or, alternatively, that you are fully recovered and that your license should then be restored.
