Question

After breaking up with me on July 11, 2009. My ex girlfriend went into my e-mail on July 27, 2009. And deleted everything in it, and changed the pass word. My brother in law helped me get back into my account and change the pass word. On Sept. 8, 2009 she tried to get in it again, by trying to link her yahoo account into my hot mail account. I denied verification. Is there something I can do about this legally?
