Subutex is excreted/eliminated from the body in around 36 hours, so Oxycontin can be started with a gap of 2 days, though an earlier start may also won't give very significant side effects, as both of these medications belong to same class of medications.

A 24 hours gap in between them would be ideal. There can be some mild withdrawal symptoms for about 5-6 hours, but they would be tolerable.
