Already Tried:
I was diagnosised with incurable disease it took 7 years 12 doctors figure out i did have what they thought i had. it cost my job,my wife and due to medications cause me to blackout and fell backwards fracture my skull suffer memory loss while on meds and the injury caused me lose my sense of smell. on the very get go i told them power plant chemical can cause cns symptoms. i was the plant chemist at that plant. plus 3 other people where diagnosised with the same thing. Parkinsons

Kentucky requires that any medical malpractice action for injury or death be brought within one year from the time the injury was or reasonably should have been discovered. Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 413.140 (Michie 1992).

the doctor stated its plausible that my work environment caused my pseudo-parkinsonian sysmptoms.how can u prove that. he graduated johns hopkins . it so bad at one point of my life i was on the the list to have an eletrical device implanted in my brain made by medtronic also i was dissabilty at that time. so there nothing i can do since past a year

It is a year from when they DISCOVERED the injury, so as long as they just discovered the injury within the last year, then you can still bring suit. If they discovered it later than a year ago, then yes, the statute has run and the doctors are safe.
