Answer

You can seek sanctions and legal fees in connection with frivolous applications. Your lawyer can also ask the court to prevent the party from filing without first getting approval from the court.

Answer

Seeking sanctions, asking the court not to permit further applications, and suing for malicious prosecution/abuse of process are options.

What percentage of malicious prosecution/abuse of process suits are won?

Accepted Answer

They are quite difficult and time consuming. You should first pursue the cheaper option of asking the court to impose sanction, further legal fees and prevent further filings. Kindly accept my answer
