Hello, I'd be happy to help you out.

Follow the list of steps below to set up your new email address in Yahoo mail:

1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.

2. In the upper right corner of the screen, click "Options" and then choose "Mail Options".

3. On the left menu, click on "Accounts".

4. On this screen, you should see a small link that says "Add or Edit An Account".

5. This opens a new window. In this window, click the "Add" button near the top left.

6. Fill out the information requested on the next two screens - name the email account whatever you want, and put in the email address that you want to use along with your name.

7. On the next screen, it will ask you for the mail server, your username, your password, a color, and then it provides a few options. You will need to get the mail server, username, and password from your supervisor or someone in your IT department.

8. Next, choose a color for your messages to be - all of your messages from both email accounts will appear in the same Inbox, but the ones from this new address will be the color that you choose, so you can tell which messages are for which address.

9. For the Options at the bottom, uncheck the box that says "Leave Messages on POP server". For the first option, ask your supervisor or IT person if the default POP port of 110 is okay, or if it should be changed. Most likely it'll be okay, but if they tell you to change it, type in the new number and check the box.

10. You're done! You should begin receiving messages through the new email address immediately. Try sending a test message from your Yahoo address to your new one and see if you get it.

I hope this helps you out.
