Question

My immediate supervisor was negligent in his duties regarding my disability. After my symptoms became progressively worse, I reported the matter to human resources; at which point he displayed behavior that was blatantly retaliatory and harassing. He also falsified several company documents in an attempt to jeopardize my employment. I have also made complaints to upper management regarding unethical work practices. This intensified the situation. My work environment has become so hostile that is essentially unbearable. He has also allowed coworkers to engage in harassing behavior, and advised me that i would be okay if i didn't take it so personally. I have substantial documentation to support these allegations. My manager has clearly violated laws and guidelines set by the ADA, EEOC, Civil Rights, and CenturyLink Communications

Based on several areas of my life that have been heavily impacted, (most importantly my mental health) I would like to proggresively pursue litigation. What is the best route to take?
