Exactly what part are you changing, I don't know of a brake accumulator on a spectra, generally accumulators are found on hydroboost or bosch abs systems, neither of which are on the spectra.

Ok, that should be the combination valve. Replacing the valve itself is pretty straight forward, just unscrew the lines, remove and reinstall. The hard part is going to be bleeding it afterwards. Before you start you're going to want to make sure you can get the bleeders open on all 4 wheels, otherwise you'll get the valve replaced and not be able to bleed the brakes.

To bleed the brakes you'll want to first fill the reservoir with brake fluid and open all the bleeders. Once you have fluid flowing to each bleeder, close them. Now you'll want to have an assistant pump the brakes for you. Have them pump the brakes 3 times, then hold the pedal down, open the bleeder, fluid and air will flow out of the bleeder, once it slows close the bleeder, pump the pedal another 3 times and hold, then open the bleeder again. Repeat untill you get at least two shots without air in the fluid. Repeat on each wheel. You'll want to go in order RR, LR, RF, LR, the whole time making sure there is fluid in the reservoir.
