I've just bought a 95 eagle talon. A d I think there is a suspension problem. When I turn the car left on the interstate the back of the car as i feel it in the seat comes loose and sways from side to side. I some times hear a clunk when driving in town at normal speeds and hitting a bump at the same speed. It seems to be more noticable on th R/H side when turning left. Thanks for any info you can help me with. KP.

It sounds like your problem could possibly be a sway bar link or a ball joint. You can look under the vehicle to make sure the sway bar links are in good shape then jack up each wheel one by one to check for side to side and up/down play in the wheels and if you cannot move the wheel you may need to take a long pry bar to check all of the ball joints for play. I found a recall on this car that is about front steering ball joint problems. Could this affect the car in a simular way? Car fax said this recall has not been done. Is it to late being the year of the car? Thanks kevin.
