Question

i am disabled wife separated from husband married 25 years and he is the breadwinner livning in Pennsylvania. If I file am i responsible to pay for the divorce?

In the divorce action I am sure that your attorney will ask the judge to order him to pay your attorney fees as he is the one most able to pay. Based on your post the judge will grant that order. However, you will be ultimately responsible only for your own attorney fees. If he does not pay then he can be found in contempt of court and jailed so usually they will pay. Thanks for using just answer.
