Last time he spent the night he was found sexually experimenting on the four year old female in the house. He is 10. The father filed a new proposed parenting plan and I was late responding but I did respond but was a day late and they still approved his parenting plan even though I put in the parenting plan that he was experimenting on the other child in the household.

hi

you will not be arrested for this. he can file a contempt of court proceeding which you would be notified to show cause as to why you are not obeying the order. if you do not appear, then the court can issue a bench warrant and that would prompt an arrest.
