Hello.Welcome to JustAnswer. Subxone (buprenorphine and naloxone) usually, as side effects, can cause difficulty in breathing, or slow breathing, hives, dizziness, ANXIETY, confusion and liver problems like yellowing of skin or eyes, dark colored urine, light colored stools, decreased appetite, nausea, or lower stomach pain and even constipation. YES it can cause problems with normal sleep in some cases. For your information it can also cause drug dependence and can produce withdrawl effects too. So it has to be tapered(stopped slowly) while discontinuing. Hope this helped. Regards
