Question

My toshiba Satellite 300 has an error message saying Windows failed to start: to fix the problem : Insert your windows installation disc and restart the computer. - I can not find the disc, so it says: Contact computer manufacturer for assistance. FILE: \windows\systems32\config\system STATUS: 0xc000014C INFO: Windows failed to laod because the system registry file is missing, or corurpt CAN YOU HELP PLEASE

Hi.
The problem you are facing can only be resolved by the Installation disc because some system files which are essential for running windows seems to be corrupt and needs to be replaced if you are unable to find the disc then try to contact Toshiba and tell them then issue they will send you a duplicate disc or you can borrow the disc from some one and take help of some one and tell him to run a startup repair this will resolve the issue.
