Do you have wart like lesions on the glans of penis?

Any penile discharge?

Any fever?

Are the red marks in the penis painful?

Since you do not have any other symptom besides the red marks,its unlikely to be STD. You may however be having balanitis or inflammation of the penis. This may be due to physical taruma or a fungal or viral infection and is nothing very serious.

Please keep your penis and prepuse clean and maintain your hygeine after intercourse.

You can observe if the red marks disappear on its own for a few days. If they are still there, you may use clotrimazole cream or consult a dermatologist.
