Well, Ehlers danlos syndrome ( EDS ) , is a connective tissue hereditary disorder , which is inherited within the family , but has many variants ranging from mild to life threatening type , so you need not jump to any hasty conclusions , on the basis of palpitations and assuming that your sisters are having EDS , also the diagnosis of your uncle is uncertain for EDS , SO this does not give enough reasons to believe that you are also suffering from the condition , as palpitation can occur due to pathological and psychological ( anxiety disorder ) causes as well.
So, i would suggest that as far as your sisters who are having hypermobility are concerned , they may be type 3 EDS , provided they are diagnosed as one by DNA or biochemical studies or skin biopsy .So, you can suggest them to get any one of these investigations carried out to come out clean o their diagnoissof EDS .
As far you are concerned you shall first get an ECG carried out on your self and see if there is any heart abnormality shown , which i presume would not be the case and you will be free from heart ailment , however,if some heart pathology comes out , then you can get one of the above mentioned investigations carried out , after discussing it with your doctor, but first let your sisters get the investigation carried out for diagnosis and get an ECG done on your self.
