Hello , my name is Joel

The A/C condenser on your chassis is a seperate unit from the oil cooler.

Is there oil leaking from the condenser ?

Hi Joel, The motorhome has levelers and the oil is in the R/F area of the coach. The highest point that is wet with oil is the right lower corner of the a/c condenser and the hydraulic leveler has a lot of oil on it. The dealer felt the oil leak could be from an integrated oil cooler in the a/c condenser.

Accepted Answer

Ok , thanks for the reply,

It is possible that a/c compressor oil is coming from a leak in the condenser. But , you normally would not get a large volume of oil from the a/c condenser.

Thank you

Joel, Your answer turns out to be incorrect. On a 1995 Fleetwood Flair 25Y on a workhorse chassis the oil cooler is in fact part of the ac condensor. A little further information for you is that the part is no longer made by GM and there is no aftermarket part manufactured for it. John Alles
