Hello XXXXXXXX,

The only time that a consumer has a 3 day right to rescind a contract is when the contract was signed during a door to door sale, or at a place other than the vendor's primary place of business, and with certain real property refinancing agreements. In this case, if both parties are businesses, then there is no 3 day right to rescind, even if this was a door to door sale. If the contract does not contain a cancellation clause that allows for no questions asked cancellation, then absent fraud or nonperformance, you cannot cancel it without consequences.
