Question

22 years ago I was arrested for attempted theft (when I was 18). I was granted an Absolute discharge as I was not directly involved with any thefts. Do I have a criminal record which would prevent me from entering the US??

An arrest with no subsequent conviction will not be grounds to deny you a entry to the US.
