The yellow discharge and transference from one eye to the next could mean that she has a bacterial infection in the eye.
I would recommend having her seen by your veterinarian as she may require antibiotics.
The discharge could be symptom of eye infection or could be a sign of other underlining health issues such as an upper respiratory infection.
You can clean her eyes with a sterile saline solution such as the ones we use for contacts. I would only do this until she can be seen by your vet and would not consider this a treatment for the problem.
