i have an hp computer with windows vista- when i go online to make a credit card payment or am trying to purchase something, int exp shuts down and will not allow it- what can i do to get around this problem?

please try to access your site with firefox.

 

firefox is another browser like internet explorer.

 

please click on the link below and download it

http://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-3.5.4&os=win&lang=en-GB

 

when you got it, install it on your computer. after installation, please try to go to your site and check your payment.

 

if you still have trouble, please let me know so we can understand this is not a browser related problem. so we can go deeply about that problem.
