I am suffering from upper abodinal pain which goes through to my back between my shoulders, heavy nights sweats, not sleeping, heavy/racing pulse, lower back pain and slight bleeding rectilally. is it pancreattis

i am on omopzassole, co-codermol pain killers, amoxizzin, and i have also had a 2 week course of mepersol

Most of the symptoms you have mentioned indicate pancreatitis.
A CT scan of the abdomen and serum amylase/lipase test may be done for confirmation.
But bleeding per rectum is not a common feature of pancreatitis. You may need a colonoscopy for evaluation.

without going over board, are my systoms linked to cancer, if so what do i do about getting test done as my gp does not seem to be sending me for any test

Your symptoms are nonspecific and it does not particularly denote cancer.
As I mentioned earlier, all the features taken together and your age keep cancer only a remote possibility.
