Does the Court just deal with the action before it and the actual parties involved and not get involved in the issue of whether she is an escort or not and who she sees in private in her own home ..in other words does it just deal with the fact that one party is suing the other ..He suing her for bringing his name into disrepute BY CALLING HIM A PERVERT ON THE INTERNET and she suing him for molesting her in the hospital where he was treating her and for him and his wife calling her a hooker on the internet .
iN SUMMARY DOES THE COURT DISREGARD ANY ACTIVITIES OF THE PARTIES OTHER THAN CASE BEFORE IT
