Question

Sir, After replacing the auto transmissionin my car (150,00miles) all was good, but now I hear a "clicking" noise from the engine, I assuem and/or feel it is the timing chaine adjuster and/or a valve. Sorry, but cannot give more info. It was quiet until about 20 miles after leaving the shop. I have changed oil to synthetic Red Line, new K&N filter, etc...

hi ,

is it possible tech who did work could have left something loose, or not torqued and came loose, such as flywheel bolt and its making ticking noise, have you called shop where it was repaired, might look at it for free and their problem

Sir,

OK, will check with Tech...don't believe it's flywheel/torque was not touched, but it was

running well, for about 30 miles, then the tick..Could it be the A/C compressor is not charged, and would case this...??

Thanks
