i have been feeling like this for around 6weeks, my osteopath felt my back pain was related to my diaphragm and has been getting better with treatment

An examination is very important to say what you. The knee pain and back pain is likely to be due to arthritis. The pain in tummy could be because of the pain killers you are on. X-rays and clinical examination needs to be done. You also need to discuss with your osteopath that nurofen may be causing gastritis and for it's substitute. If in doubt, you can have a second opinion from an orthopedic surgeon. Thanks. Follow-up questions are welcome.
