my mother just passed away. i put my mother in a nursing home in july when she arrived she had cubidus ulcers i told them when she was at home she had an air bed, but they didn't listen to me she got acubidus ulcer and then they got an air bed, then my mother got sick and was taken to the emergency,doctors stated she was serverly dehydrated and was admitted to the hospital,she had renal failure,kidney infection and because of the dehydration she started having seizures, and her system was shutting downand the fact that she was 85 years old, i feel this was extreme nelect there wre times when i visit my mother she was not cleaned and was tolally wet and i had to get acna a to clean her and i helped to insure she was clean properly.there is more but to much to write here.

I'm sorry for your loss.

It sounds like, based on the facts as you have described them, that your mother was a victim of nursing home abuse and that the abuse directly lead to her untimely death.

I urge you to consult with a personal injury attorney who handles nursing home law, in or near the city where your mother was living, and consider filing an abuse claim as well as a wrongful death claim against the nursing home.

At first blush it appears as though you may have a meritorious case.
