Answer

Ok. I am going to provide you with a free malware remover, that is proven to remove Cyber Security.

Follow these instructions carefully.

1.) Click here to download Malwarebytes. (Please note: Cyber security is known to "re-direct" links to their software so you have to pay for it, this link I provided is FREE, do NOT pay a cent to download it. Ensure you have downloaded "Malwarebytes".
2.) Install Malwarebytes scanner, update program if it asks you too.
3.) Turn off the computer
4.) Turn on the computer and press F8 multiple times.
5.) A menu will appear - select "Safe mode with Networking"
6.) Windows Safe mode will open, then open MalwareBytes and scan your computer for bad programs and once it is done scanning, remove any threats.
7.) Once done, restart your computer and boot into regular windows.
8.) Problem should be fixed.

Bookmark this page so you don't lose it and can come back if you need to.

Please click ACCEPT if this works, otherwise let me know.

Thanks!

Ryan

What happens when you try to open it? What does it say?

nothin u see that it wants to open but goes straight back off again dont give u time to press scan

Posted by Ryan H 19 days ago.

Answer

Ok, it is blocking it. Press CTRL ALT DELETE, Click on Task Manager/Processes and find a "tsc.exe" and stop it. Also if you see any other processes such with strange random numbers on it xxxx31709193 for example, end that process as well. Then try to install Malwarebytes again.

i dont no how to do it it just says its turned off and i cant follow that link to confussing

Posted by Ryan H 18 days and 23 hours ago.

Answer

Ok. It looks like you didn't have it enabled. So thats not an option.

Download Ad-Aware and try to open it. If it doesn't allow you to open this one as well, then restart your computer and press F8 when it first starts, then select Safe Mode with Networking. Boot up in Safe mode, and then try to install the programs (Malware or Ad-aware)

Then run the scan and remove Cyber Security.

Answer

It is still on your computer?

If so, go to this page and scroll down the page a bit until you see:

"Automated Removal Instructions for Cyber Security using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:"

It will have you download a few files to stop the processes from running, then follow the scan and removal processes.

it is sayin download spyhunter to remove it

Posted by Ryan H 18 days and 20 hours ago.

Answer

Ok, the virus is re-directing your links.

Try to download this file, called rkill.com
http://tinyurl.com/yj9udk8

This open it. Be patient, it is looking for the Cyber security processes, once it is done, it will close the black window.

Then download this file, called procexp.exe
http://tinyurl.com/5dnexd

You now need to rename that file to iexplore.exe. To do this, right-click on the Procexp.exe and select Rename. You can now edit the name of the file and should name it to iexplore.exe. Once it is renamed you should double-click on the file to launch it.

Should look like this:

Scroll through the list of running programs until you see a process named tsc.exe. When you see this process, select the tsc.exe process by left-clicking on it once so it becomes highlighted. Then click on the red X button as shown in the image below. Newer versions of this executable may be using names consisting of random numbers or characters. If you see a process that is composed of random numbers or characters and has a shield icon

or a padlock icon
View Full Image
next to it, then you have found the process you need to terminate. If you do not see any processes using random characters or with the name tsc.exe, please continue...

Close all open windows and open Malwarebytes. Then click on the Update tab and update it to the newest version. Then scan your computer using "Quick scan", then Remove Selected infections.

Answer

When you downloaded the file, it should be on your desktop or in a folder. Once you find that file you should just right click it, then select rename like below:

(The filename is different, and it might look a bit different but the general concept is the same)

no cant find it

Posted by Ryan H 18 days and 19 hours ago.

Answer

Ok, if you have already opened the first file (The black box) and it closed already, just press CTRL ALT DELETE and stop the tsc.exe process and any with random numbers and letters.

Then open Malware bytes and do a quick scan.

Reply

no random numbers and letters

Accepted Answer

Ok, as long as you stopped the main process:
tsc.exe

Then you can open malwarebytes and do a quick scan and remove Cyber Defender.
