Question

In the past two months i have seen the emergence of what appears to be a rash on areas of my penis and scrotum. There are two spots in particular which are concerning me as they don't appear to be healing at all. As said they are on the end of my penis and seem to form scabs then they wear off and end up looking like scars? Do you have any idea what it may be as it is really starting to worry me?

Yes i did have unprotected sex approx. three months ago. I suspect that this has something to do with it?
