In my opinion you should undergo a ultrasound examination/CT scan of the abdomen for further evaluation and management .

The region of abdomen you describe pain is called as left iliac fossa .
Common causes of left iliac fossa pain include
Constipation
PID
Fibroid
Ovarian cyst
urinary stone
IBS
As such you should be seen by a doctor for further evaluation and management
