As per the symptoms the bleeding, nausea and diarrhea and such irregular bleeding may occur due to the side effect of the drug lutera. The stress, anxiety, emotions may also cause hormonal imbalance and such symptoms.

The blood in urine may be due to the urinary tract infection though the other causes should also be ruled out like cystitis, kidney stones, nephritis, etc.

You may have the relevant investigations done like blood counts, urine routine, urine c/s, hormonal profile etc after consulting your doctor to know the associated abnormality.

You should also drink sufficient water and cranberry juice.The oral antibiotics like cipro, amoxy, septran etc are helpful in controlling the infectious cause.

The treatment depends on the underlying cause.

The mild infection may not present with all symptoms.The urine routine examination and urine c/s, blood counts will help us in ruling out the UTI and to know if it is present or not.

The headache, weakness may be related to the viral infection as well and are common.It may also be the possibility.
