Dear mebeck,
Greetings and welcome to justanswer,
There are some common causes of such pain like stress, unstable angina, myocardial ischaemia, arthritis , nerve irritation, disc degneration, etc.
The cardiac cause of such chest pain should be ruled out first but since the test are negative so it is less likley. The coronary angiography is more useful tool for finding any blockage and rule out cardiac cause.
The other possibility could be the anxiety and depression associated with you which may also cause such pain symptpms. You should take your antianxiety drugs to control the symptoms.
The nerve irritation and cervical disc degeneration may also cause such radiating pain and should be ruled out.
You may have the relevant investigations done like coronary angiography, ct scan cervical region, to know the associated abnormality if any after consulting your doctor.
The treatment depends on the underlying cause.
Let me know if you have any doubt.
Thak you!
You should
The blockage is uncommon at such age but it may occur rarely in some cases due to high blood cholesterol and smoking.
I have seen a patient of heart attack with coronary blockage whose age was just 27 years. So its better that you completely rule out cardiac cause though the chances are less.
The exercise treadmill test and 2d echo of heart along with ekg are commonly done and sufficient to diagnose the gross abnormality.
Though the other cause like nerve irritation and disc degeneration should also be ruled out in your case.
The associated anxiety and depression may alkso be associated with such pain and is treated symptomatically.
Thank you!
