I suggest you add Sucralfate to the Nexium/PPI ,as also a prokinetic like Domperidon/Metoclopamide will helpThe diabetes appears under control,as also the cardiac reports and lipids are within normal limits.A fresh ECG/repeat TMT will help rule out any new problems.Peripheral neuropathy and Renal Disease will need to be ruled out.A X-Ray Lung will help eliminate doubts of lung/chest wall problems.Small lacunar infarcts may occur in Diabetics and hypertensives.Menopause will add to your problems as you seem to have just stopped your periods. This will also contribute to your feeling hot. Please discuss these points with your doctor.

Answer

Cervical radiculopathy due to disc problems will also lead to the feeling of chest wall pain/stinging or burning.A trial of Pregabalin/Gabapentin can be considered for this.

what is a TMP I know the ECK is an EKG, right? And those meds I need to add, are they over the counter? Do u think this is an ulcer since a trauma in my life started it and it is just so profound that it hit my digestive system really badly and needs time/ I will give u a bonus. Ok and I see the cervical stuff u posted as well. Are those meds over the counter? And finally is mixing Nexium/Mylanta/Zantac overdoing it though it barely helps??/

Answer

A TMT is a stress test for the heart. The medicines are not OTC and you will need a prescription from your Doctor.A PPI like Nexium, antacids and a H2 blocker like Ranitidine can be used together,it would not be considered overdoing it.You need not have a ulcer, gastritis can also affect you like this ,as also Gastroesophageal reflux and Oesophagitis.
