Hello,

Since ultrasound is normal, the bleeding is likely due to the hormonal imbalances. A blood work is necessary to ascertain hormones like prolactin and thyroid. Side effect / adverse effect of your fat extracting tablets also is one of the possibility for this bleeding. A vaginal swab may be contemplated if the brown discharge has some smell in it. Sometimes infection aggravate the pre-existing hormonal problem.

what abut the back pain around the kidney area?

Accepted Answer

Hello,

A pain occurring on lying down can be related to mild grade infection or pelvic inflammatory disease. Though a correlation of it, with your present problem of bleeding may be difficult without the physical examination clues which give idea for the possibilities. Musculoskeletal problems, degenerative disc disease, spinal canal stenosis are the other possibilities for the back pain.

It is pleasure and privilege assisting you.
