What was the actual date of your last period?
Have you had any vaginal discharge?
Any fever or urinary symptoms?
Any pain when passing urine?
What is the color of the discharge?
White discharge can be candida, so pain on intercourse can also indicate an infection and it is worth having some swabs run so that infection can be ruled out.
As pregnancy tests have been negative then you may wish to ask your doctor to run a blood test and I would also suggest a thyroid function test too. The other thing that may be useful would be an abdominal examination and ultrasound scan to check for ovarian cysts.
However there is a small risk of ectopic pregnancy so if you are tender to touch on the abdomen or have a fever then go to ER.

How frequently were you having periods before?
Have you been on birth control? What was it...and when did you stop?
Following a vaginal infection then it is possible to develop infection further up in the tubes, this can cause pain on intercourse however it can also increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy.
There are a number of other reasons for erratic or missed periods.
These include hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, thyroid problems, stress, being underweight, or being excessively overweight, losing weight very quickly or exercising excessively.
In order to get an answer re hormone and thyroid you will need to request blood tests for these from your family doctor. The lifestyle factors can be looked at and changes made at home/work to reduce stress etc.
Your doctor will also want to hear about any other symptoms such as unwanted hair, mood swings, thinning hair, tiredness etc.
I am concerned about the risk of ectopic pregnancy and if you start to feel unwell then you must go to ER.
