Question

I am 46 years old and going through menopause. I have not menstruated in over five months. I have had negative annual paps for the past 6 years or more and have only one sexual partner for the past 20yrs. Aprox 3 months ago during an examination for recurring yeast infections my gyn saw a small lesion on my cervix. I had a colpo performed and was diagnosed with Mild dysplasia (CIN I) as result of having HPV (I've had symptoms of this in the past but not for over 20yrs). No proceedures were done and I was told it may clear on its own and was given a 6 month follow up. The reason why I'm writing this is because yesterday I experienced some cramping (I thought maybe I was going to get a period), followed by a clear liquid discharge that had no order. I thought to my self "am I urinating on myself" but I was not. I used up two pantie liners before it stoped last night. Today I feel normal again. Should I be concerned?
