Info Request

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Just Answer.

First, was the Windows 7 install a clean install or an upgrade?

If an upgrade, was it an upgrade from Vista?

Reply

It was an upgrade.

Accepted Answer

Ok then next click Start, Control Panel, Programs, Programs and Features, then select the software for your printer from the list and click Change/Remove and uninstall the software (and driver) from the PC then unplug the printer and reboot. (this should uninstall the non-Windows 7 printer driver).

Next, click the link below and then download and save the printer driver to your PC. Then double click on the file and follow the prompts to install the driver and then reboot and plug in the printer and try the printer again.
